Introducing our Chief Financial Officer!




David Valela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University, and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from the John Molson School of Business. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. David went on to work as an external auditor with Ernst & Young LLP. Since 2008, David has been working in the 3PL space. He has had various positions in this industry, including and most recently CFO. 


David is a passionate dad and devotes a portion of his time as the Head of the Audit and Finance Committee for the Loyola High School Foundation. In addition David is an avid runner and triathlete, being a multiple marathon finisher (including the Boston Marathon), as well as multiple Ironman finisher.

A non-compete agreement, also known as a non-compete clause or a restrictive covenant, is a type of contract that is signed between an employer and an employee. Simply put, w e strongly believe that our employees are the most valuable asset we have.
